going to be totally honest with you. You sent me home with a computer that STILL did not work. I had to redo what you did, which was to wipe the hard drive clean and reinstall everything. You didn't give me the password when I picked it up, and I am going to have the drive inspected. You'd better hope it's not my old one, cleaned up. Before I begin telling you how absolutely amazing CPR is, I need to make one thing abundantly clear! I'd like to remind ALL of you that whatever company your mobile carrier uses to provide your warranty/protection plan, if that company just so happens to piss you off and has you almost begging to repair your device, The Employees at CPR are NOT the ones to take it out on.
