I was in a panic, my phone had fallen will it was charging and it landed on the plug. Bent it and broke. Inside of my charging port was screwed up. I went online and found CPR and made a online appointment for the 1st available which was 12pm. I then got a call from the owner and he said there would be someone showing up before 10am and I could head over. So off I went, I only had to wait not even 30 minutes. I have been to CPR twice in the last year for separate and unrelated issues. They have consistently provided me with extreme professionalism and quality work. It can be nerve wrecking and stressful when your phone is damaged. However, it’s great peace of mind to know CPR can give swift and accurate fixes. This is NOT a place that upsells or uses confusing practices with customers. Quite the opposite. Which I also appreciate as I have come across local competitors that do.
