He was a great listener to my verizon needs and helped me save money on the correct plan i needed. going to be totally honest with you. You sent me home with a computer that STILL did not work. I had to redo what you did, which was to wipe the hard drive clean and reinstall everything. You didn't give me the password when I picked it up, and I am going to have the drive inspected. You'd better hope it's not my old one, cleaned up. You took longer than promised, gave me back a computer that did not work and didn't have the knowledge to fix.
