Wes is a true professional through and through. I brought him my iPhone 14 a few months ago to change my battery in my iPhone. He did not have the OEM battery in stock but he ordered it and it arrived promptly a few days after. He sent me a text that it arrived, I came in and he swapped the battery within an hour! Wes is great. We encountered a very odd, rare issue together and as an honorable professional he stuck with it to find the solution when others might have given up. He solved the issue with my son's phone and went above and beyond the call of duty in doing so. I would go back to him for service or repairs in a hot second because he's resourceful and finds the solution. Can't say enough about his integrity and stick to itness as a man. You won't regret availing yourself of his excellent service and professionalism.
I work in IT, so I tend to be a little more critical of tech related services. That said, I recommend this Chico location if you need something done. The guy is honest and a hard worker. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and was very informative (he explained the repairs he did for me and everything he told me was truthful and correct despite me not telling him I worked in IT).
