I called because I broke the screen on my wife's Pixel 9 :-( The quote was almost 1/2 as much as the other estimate I got, so I pulled the trigger and said OK. He ordered the screen and said he would text me when it came in. He texted a day later and said the screen came in. I brought the phone into the shop, and he pulled off the screen protector and said "I don't see a crack". It was just the protector that broke! This is an awesome place! I went in there thinking I shattered my back camera (I had him order the part and everything) and I did not realize my camera actually had a screen protector- and wasn’t actually broken. I felt so bad, but he was so nice and helpful. I offered to pay for the part but he waived it off and told me not to sweat it! Great place and super friendly workers 10/10
He was very professional and sweet and it was a speedy fix of my Nintendo switch
