Very knowledgeable staff. Communicated with me throughout the process. The completed job took less than a week. The only negative was there was a discrepancy of what the total price was going to be to fix the problem. But, they took $10 off the price, even though my total was over $300 for a diagnosis, a new battery and an upgraded hard drive. I am confident I have almost a brand new computer now! Thank you Brian!
Great experience with these guys. Took my iPad in for charging port replacement. They do in store repairs so turnaround is quick. Price was competitive and got 10% off for mentioning discount given by automated phone welcome. Friendly and respectful staff. I’ll go back for my next device repair.
