horrible screen protectors. when i first accidentally dropped my phone * im 4’11 * it was not intentional when i first dropped my phone with their iphone 15 pro max screen protector that comes with warranty, it is not worth it the screen was cracked automatically. better off going to tiktok shop.
Took my phone in due to a cracked screen , when I picked it back up the screen would not turn on.The total price of the service was 355$. They proceeded to tell me it was my phones fault because it’s “ old “, it’s a IPhone 14 btw. After thirty minutes of them trying to fix it they put my old screen back on. Told me they had the part. Had me leave my phone with them for 4 hours, left an alternative number to call if there was an issue. Four hours later I show up and they say the replacement screen was defective. Gave me my broken phone back and said they would have to order it and that 3 days later I would need to return. I did this only to be told that they never ordered the screen for the replacement. I cancelled the repair. Bad customer service, they guy was friendly but they wasted my time for days.
