I came in today to get my phone looked at and he told me he needed $50 up front I told him I was just here a couple weeks back and had work done I simply dropped my phone off and picked it up later that day and paid the bill And that wasn't the case you didn't need $50 up front for that phone and he said yes we have since changed the policy I think he just changed the policy right there today while I was standing in front of him.

Went in 2 Thursdays ago to get my device fixed, I was told it would be done in 2-3 business days. I end up calling the store and they told me it’s on its way to the shop here in Cedar Falls, I haven’t gotten anything from this company for a simple repair on my device. Don’t waste your time especially when it costs $75 for an up front fee and another $150 when they are finished up…… I’m assuming that my device probably won’t be fixed fully and there just sitting in the back playing with there thumbs

Very professional service, done quickly. They had the screen needed for our Samsung phone and fixed it in an hour! Definitely recommend their service.
