This Place is awesome! I had a charging port that was loose and would not charge and thought it had to get replaced! I brought it here, and all they needed to do was clean the charging port! 5 minutes later, my charging port works better than new! These guys are amazing!

Sam helped us try to get into a locked up iPad. It belonged to a family member that passed away. We had no idea of the passcode or Apple ID. He tried to get into it but ultimately we needed the Apple ID. Sam was knowledgeable and helpful. He tried to help us but we knew we had a 50% chance of needing the Apple ID. It just depended on how this was all set up. Thanks for your time and help.
