Joel at 6593 Glenway Avenue in Cincinnati ,CELL PHONE REPAIR took care of my problem so easily I couldn't believe it was done that quick. He filed my claim for a damaged screen ,he found out my insurance covered it in full ,he hooked me up with Assurant to finalize the claim and he set an appointment for as soon as he could to fix my screen. The agent pulled off the case and saw that the back screen was also cracked. He took the time to go thru and amend the claim online eventhough it was already close to closing time and fixed the front and back screen before closing. Excellent customer service!
