Had an appointment at 10 am sat there til 10:40 it never opened it’s ridiculous that no one even opened the store very unprofessional and I never got my phone repaired
Called about a screen replacement got quoted $199+ tax went in and gave them my phone still got the same price before they took it back to start. Workers were very kind. I get it back after spending all day in Boardman waiting. The lady shows me screen she says $400+ I politely say I was quoted $199+ Tax and she says that there is a mistake and takes accountability. I was very disappointed with my experience. The store sign indicated that the business was open, but no one answered the phone. When we arrived around 3:00 PM, the door was locked with a sign stating "Out for Lunch." We waited in the parking lot for about 15 minutes, and during that time several other customers arrived, checked the door, found it locked, and left as well. If the store is closed, the posted hours and signage should accurately reflect that. This was frustrating and a waste of time for multiple customers.
