Called about a screen replacement got quoted 199+ tax went in and gave them my phone still got the same price before they took it workers were very kind. I get it back after spending all day in Boardman waiting. The lady shows me screen she says 400 I politely say i was quoted 199 and she says its there mistake and takes accountability then the owner walks out with a smart ass attitude saying we can only 270 when cause its the most expensive screen like i had anything to do with what was going on with the fixing of it. Not a great experience at all. Not timely, lack of communication, and ultimately never got my iPad fixed. Dropped off said it would be fixed same day, never received a call for two days, finally went there to get iPad and it wasn’t even fixed. Brought back and they said it was a “bad screen”. Again no communication, I had to go to the location twice, finally stop was an iPad that still wasn’t fixed and I asked for a refund.
