I broke my phone at work and took it here for repair to try and recover my pictures. They required a $50 deposit and said if they can't fix it I would receive it back. After 2 weeks of no updates, they claimed the board was damaged and there was nothing they could do. They could call their recovery specialist and ship it to him. I said sure, let's do that. I took my daughters Tablet their for a battery replacement, my daughter who is 7 had to use their restroom he said he couldn't bc the floor was gone or something, none of the other neighboring businesses would let her use the rest room either. He told me the battery would be in that Tuesday and it's now been over 2 weeks. I called yesterday he said the battery had just came in but today it's almost closing and I still have not heard from him. This store is so unprofessional. I stood there waiting for someone to greet me for a whole hour. Then when I gave them my phone and had them “fix it” a couple hours later they said they couldn’t and just scammed me out of $50
Excellent fast same day service I would recommend them to anyone
They had my phone for over a month as a repair to the motherboard was needed. I checked several times on the progress but there always more delays. I told them I got a new phone but kept the same number. I recently called them again and they said they deleted the phone's memory so they could sell it. I had made it clear the information and pictures were what I really wanted. Now they're gone. If you value the information on your phone. I wouldn't take it here. I certainly won't be back.
