Bought a pc from them, never told me the specs and never got a receipt for warranty. They told me to come back a specific day to get the receipt and I have been twice and they said they’d email the receipt to me but never received twice now. They ignored my messages many times.
Called CPR about my PS5 HDMI called into the shop within seconds looked at it told me it was pushed in left it with him and very same day boom fixed guy a legend and will be using him from now on thanks Alex
Had an issue with new lap top and charging. Called to CPR, who immediately identified the problem and what I need to do to prevent in the future. Would highly recommend to friends, family and colleagues. Great service
Bought a phone of this shop last week and the guy in the shop broke the back casing of the phone today he has said that the phone won't be ready till tomorrow I have been herring everyday from I bought the phone and today I rang them and just asked for my money back as am being messed about with and gonna get a phone else where
