I called on Monday to be sure they had the battery for my mom’s phone and that they could do it in less than an hour. They assured me they could. I told them I would be in on Thursday at 10:30. Showed up on Thursday and they told me 2 hours. Also the employee was grumpy and disagreeable. I left and went to batteries and bulbs - they did it in 20 minutes. Will not be using this business again.
My bf is the general manager and not to be biased they are one of the best electronic repair companies i know!!!

Photos, contacts, notes—you name it, they got it back! Not only did they save my data, but they also saved me a ton of money by fixing the issue instead of pushing me to get a new phone. Super friendly service. He was willing to help me repair my phone when ubreakifix found every reason not to, because they didn't want to be bothered on a Sunday. He was very competitive and fair with his pricing, honest about everything. Offers bundle-pricing if you need more than one thing fixed. I will be going here for any future tech repairs I need on my devices. Well worth the 15 min drive from Kentucky. I'll be referring him to my friends also. Shop local. Great, honest guy.
