The associate upfront was very nice and tried to help with whatever I needed. I needed to replace my phone case through ZAGG insurance and for the iPhone 12 Pro Max they had very limited options(4 total cases). When I was ready to check out they told me they could not take Apple Pay due to high cases of fraud. Although I understand their new policy, they should post that out front or say something upfront.
