West was the absolute best!! Fixed my broken screen quick and it works perfectly. He has great customer service and is overall a very positive person. I highly recommend!!
Absolutely amazing experience! He took the time to thoroughly walk me through what may have happened to my screen, explained how to properly take care of it moving forward, and answered all of my questions. He was incredibly timely, professional, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful he was. Highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again!
I was sent to this location for a device repair, and unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Wes, was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, he was rude and made it very clear that he was annoyed and inconvenienced by having to help me. I explained the situation and why I had been directed to this location, hoping that would help clear things up, but his attitude actually seemed to get worse. I took in my computer for a repair regarding overheating and running slow. The manager did a wonderful job, fixed the core problem of overheating and also went above and beyond to fix other minor issues on my computer for a basic repair cost (~105$).
