I have been going here for years now, and they always manage to fix anything my kids break - big fixes or small, they figure it out. There simply aren't many place like this anymore to save our expensive devices. The staff is really friendly and accommodating - I just recently had a small issue - a piece of cord broke off an iPad into the port. They were able to pull it out, and get it working again and didn't even charge me! Great customer service!
Juan was polite and very helpful in answering my questions. I have no idea on how electronics work. I was afraid and anxious thinking my cell phone was hacked. He showed me exactly what to do and solved the issue. I was GREATLY relieved. I truly appreciate him and CPR.

Stopped in to have them address an issue with my laptop. Turned out to be a small issue with the power plug that they fixed on the spot and for no charge! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend CPR- great service in a clean, easily accessible location
