I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max to CPR Cell Phone Repair on San Mateo and Manuel after it had suffered water damage. The employee assured me that replacing the screen would fix the issue, so I trusted their judgment and paid nearly $300 for a new screen and screen protector. We took our sons tablet in to have the charging port replaced. Ryan took a couple minutes to diagnose and offered a more affordable fix. It took him a short time to repair and we had our sons tablet ready for our trip the next day. I will definitely return for any other device repairs.
Matt was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me. The guy stayed nearly an hour after the store was closed to ensure that my phone was repaired properly and that there weren’t any issues. I highly recommend them. Give that man a raise.
