Arris , sir thank you so very much for your expertise and service ! My phone locked up on me , and T-Mobile just sent me to another location which was frustrating. I found car cell phone and computer repair only by chance , fortunately for me . Arris had my phone unlocked and working in a matter of a couple of minutes. Thank you again Arris !
I have been trying for days to re.ove the pin number. At least 4 hours to no avail. I should have come in sooner. It took him minutes. I should have known better. You have always been able to do what needed. No more trying it on my own. You are so amazing. Thank you
I took my phone in today. It was not charging and it was debris that probably only a professional could work on it without destroying it. They were prompt and friendly and overall provided excellent customer service. I recommend highly..it was Arris who assisted me.

Horrible sewer smell!!! Shame on the store owner!!! Your employees are suffering and you will be held accountable for making everyone sick. It's been MONTHS and it has not been addressed. If not addressed in the next few days, I'll be filing a report. The smell made me nauseous in MINUTES!!!!
