Took a series x to them for an hdmi repair due to a bent pin, and needed micro-soldering. After repair the xbox would not stay on for more than 5 mins without overheating. Opened it up to find a damaged fan, missing metal plate cover for the mbu, and no replacement thermal paste which is recommended anytime the system is opened up. I can only assume this was either negligent/rushed work or an attempt to force a customer back in to charge them more money, considering this shop is not a high traffic location. I brought my cell phone to CPR for a shattered screen. Scott ordered the part, it came in quickly, and when the part arrived he fixed my phone quickly and for a fair price (the phone repair shop at Wallhaven quoted me 2x CPR's price). The new glass is beautiful. Scott is an honest business man and I highly recommend his shop!
