On 4 different occasions I’ve shown up to pick up my phone and they weren’t open during their store hours. They’ve had my phone “repairing it” for 3 months with the same excuse as to why it’s not ready every time. They’ve told me other peoples phone that are easier fixes are more important to my face. unless you wanna waste an hour of your life dont come here when it says they open
If I could leave a negative stars I would. We dropped off a 3ds to be fixed. Finally got it back last week after 7 months of stalling. We showed up to pick it up and they reluctantly gave it to us with the excuse they were unable to find parts for it. Took it to another shop and the damage they found that had been done was crazy. We took my niece's IPad to get fixed. The screen froze and she couldn't use it. They were very nice and fixed it within 5 minutes! Great customer service! I've recommended CPR to a friend. I will definitely go back if I have any other phone/iPad issues.
