Absolutely terrific business! The lady at the desk was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! The technician was fabulous, too! Above and beyond customer service! I WILL use then again!
I had been experiencing cell phone charging issues for weeks, so I finally decided to go and get it repaired. The staff were incredibly friendly and were very prompt to help me. They fixed my phone in about 5 minutes and when I returned home it worked good as new.
Took my PS5 in for disc drive repair on Saturday, March 1st. I was told that it would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday. When I called on Tuesday, I was told Wednesday or Thursday.
