On a Saturday, I tried calling a few times before noon to see if they can repair a particular device of mine but never picked up. Not the first time I've had to deal with businesses who don't respond to their phones, no biggie. Today, on a Wednesday, I thought I'd just stop by to give them another chance... nope. It's 5:10pm when I arrived, and they appeared to have closed shop early. Unresponsive to phone calls and failing to follow their posted store hours already tells me that I best look someplace elsewhere.
I was so impressed with this business! Alex was nice and answered all my questions. It's so awesome to have a local cell phone repair shop that also works with your phone insurance carrier!! I did not have to send my phone in and I got the front screen, back screen, and camera screen fixed and it was ready in 2 hours! My experience was awesome and they even let me make sure my phone would work before I left. I really liked how they kept my privacy in mind. They fixed my 22 ultra and it works great
If I could give less, I would. Thieves! "Fixed my son's phone" less than 30 days and same issue. Took it back. They broke it and THEN said they simply wouldn't charge him the $80! Um..no...you should have bought him a phone. AND...they KEPT his phone. So now we are stuck oaying $300 for a damned phone. He's lucky it wasn't me, because they would be in court, paying for a phone AND giving back the original repair fee! It was a charging port. That's it. Stay away from these thieves.
