This business claims to be Apple-certified, but they are not Apple-certified in any way. I paid for a service and ended up with a non-working phone about 2½ to 3 months later. It only worked for two days before it stopped charging and displayed a warning message. When I took it back, they kept my phone for over two months, saying they had ordered parts and just needed more time to work on it. On 4 different occasions I’ve shown up to pick up my phone and they weren’t open during their store hours. They’ve had my phone “repairing it” for 3 months with the same excuse as to why it’s not ready every time. They’ve told me other peoples phone that are easier fixes are more important to my face.
