Came to this store since my phone gave me a “sim failure” message and went into SOS mode. I thought it could have something to do with the back of my phone being severely damaged and cracked but turns out it wasn’t. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and even ran a few diagnostic tests on my phone since he was a certified Apple product technician.
