Horrible! Still waiting for a refund for no services received! I would not recommend this place because of the POOR customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

after being told by my cellular provider that my phone needed replaced, i took it to cpr. within 5 minutes Zach had found and resolved the issue for me.He had saved me alot of time, money and frustration. i would highly recommend Zach at cpr.
Came in for a simple phone battery replacement, left with a broken screen. Twice. They tried to pass off a broken screen as "fixed" product. Couldn't connect to the network, SD card will never work again, even is still broken. If I didn't say anything about it, they wouldn't have fixed it. Avoid at all costs, not worth the time wasted. Should also mention, the two hour repair took the whole business day to complete.
Scam artists! Stay away from these people! They will rip you off........take my word for it...........
