They refuse to honor ada and will harass you about fees associated with this refusal. They sent my car to repo my car after refusing to email me despite the money being in the saving but they froze the account so I couldn’t pay because I asked for a simple accommodation of email over phone calls due to my communication disability.
I just recently finalized an auto loan with Allen Strickland at the butler rd location and he was amazing! I ended up finding the vehicle while out of town at training with work. I was on a tight schedule on that Friday to get back home and he was able to get all the paperwork in order and completed within 45min. It was the smoothest auto loan that I have ever experienced with a bank. I would 100% recommend Allen for your loan needs in the future.
Went with my husband on Saturday to open a checking account. Lady asked for our social security numbers. We have that information to her. She looks at my husband and asks if he is legal ( he is Hispanic) We walked out. She didn't bother to ask me, I guess because I am white. We will not be doing business here.
