This place is horrible to work with. They sent us to court and I made a payment plan with their lawyer for 30 a month bc I really don't care if they get there money. MDH needs to reconsider business with these people. The lawyer is easier to work for then these people. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
This place is awful. The representatives are rude. I tried to negotiate with them on lowering my payments, as MDH turned me in to collections, even tho I was making payments to them but we didn't have an agreement. How many people pay their medical bills willingly? You would think that asking them to be humans and have compassion, bc I still have to live and still have other bills, is a hard task for them. I never thought I would say that I would rather have my unpaid medical bills go to the pushy call centers in India, but there it is. These people wont work with you to reduce the cost, and won't help you fix the impact of the collection on your credit, even when you pay in full. All that is "against their policy." If you are a business and really want to get revenge on your customers that can't/don't pay their debts, send the debt to this collection agency.
