Carlos Rodriguez was absolutely amazing to work with! Carlos stayed on top of our transaction throughout the entire process. He kept in communication with all parties and gave 150% all the way down to end when he was having to scramble to fix other parties in the transaction mistakes. He worked exceptionally hard for us and I will always recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a mortgage!

I recently purchased a townhouse and CPF could not have made the process any smoother! Great customer service and very attentive! Anytime I had a question about something they were right there to answer it. They kept me in the loop each step of the way and let me know right away if they needed anything from me.
