This company started out good but they have told me several times even week one I started here that if it's my job or theirs "management". That I am expendable. I wanted to quit after I was told these words and move on. They will not blink an eye to throw a driver under the bus to save themselves. Driver's are a dime a dozen here now. The P&G account is a mess. They've lost over 100 drivers in the last 18 months. (Thats ONE Location) Speaks for itself. They lie out their tails. Management never answers or returns your calls. Everything is the drivers fault. No accountability. Sitting around pointing fingers and passing blame. Horrible driver and freight Management issues. I've seen Pigs lead better. Hands down the worst job I’ve ever had. Management is a joke. If you work for Carla good luck. I mean it when I say avoid this place like the plague. I’d say more but nothing is positive or anymore helpful to have people stay away from here.
Management don't care. The proctor and gamble account is a complete joke I was there a little over 2 years. NOTHING came true what they told me safety bonuses etc. The only good manager they have is Jack and that poor guy gets used by others in Management... know your worth and don't work here. The benefits/retirement is terrible also.
