I was a previous client and happy with their service. I emailed to ask if they could take care of my taxes again. KNOWING FULL WELL that I'm 3 days before deadline and not expecting them to be able to even look at the information for a couple weeks. After getting multiple out of office or no longer with the company replies I finally get to this fellow.
