Words cannot describe how immoral and incompetent this company is. I posted this review years ago and deleted after me and my family were targeted with a harassment campaign by this company in response to the bad review. They made dozens of harassing phone calls to ask me to take the review down. These calls were dressed up as an apology, but where was my apology BEFORE i wrote the review? "My elderly aunt has been a client at CPAMD for years. When i found out what they were charging, i turned her to my tax accountant who not only charges less than half of what CPAMD charges, they found that she was owed money from the IRS due to errors from previous CPAMD filings. Keep your loved ones away from this predatory business!"
Horribly overpriced. Poor customer service that bills you per email correspondence. Go elsewhere.. !
Disgusting people who take advantage of the elderly. They charge an outrageous sum to do even the most basic tax return and then cant even be bothered to do the job they're being paid for. My parents filed their taxes with them for years. They switched to a firm that charged less than half the amount and then that firm found nearly $10,000 worth of back taxes they were owed because CPAMD are lazy or incompetent.
Learned a lot. I've missed opportunities in previous years that would have saved me money. Thanks for your expertise.
