UPDATED 9/1/2026 IF YOU'RE A SMALL BUSINESS, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!! We initially had a good experience with this firm, which made what happened this year especially disappointing. Well in advance of tax season, we explained that we were starting a new business, that we would have significant startup expenses, and that the business would initially have relatively little revenue. My wife and I have been using Confidential Accounting since we moved to Apollo Beach and they do a fantastic job. From tax planning, to tax preparation they’re great to work with. I hear horror stories of other tax professionals and I’m so happy that we’ve found a place and people that we can rely on year in and year out. It definitely takes the stress out of the tax season.
