Receptionist tartly informed me that "We are not accepting new clients." Quite abrupt.
Jason and the crew have always been great to work with.
Been working with Jason and team for years. Until this year, when they failed to file an extension as usual in prior years. Then, after no response to my emails and voicemails for months, Jason finally responded in email with a single sentence saying they can't do my taxes and to seek other assistance. No explanation provided! Very unprofessional and very discourteous after years of loyalty. I am extremely disappointed and recommend everyone stay away from this accounting firm.
Jason and CPA Group of Laramie have been preparing my taxes and providing me with thoughtful financial advice for the last 6 years. They have always been a pleasure to work with. I had a small discrepancy with a return this spring, I sent Jason an email and I had a reply back by the end of the day.
