My experience working with Lou and his daughter Michelle was highly disappointing and unprofessional. Their lack of accountability and disregard for basic client service was unacceptable. This office submitted my taxes late, resulting in unnecessary penalties, and when I sought to address the issue, my concerns were met with minimal communication. I would give him negative stars if i could. Been going to this guy for over 20 years. Didn't have a problem until the past couple years when he and his subpar staff made major Covid errors on my returns and has refused to correct their mistakes!
