Not an actual CPA. Can only view 1040 after payment and submission to IRS. Filed my taxes incorrectly and has cost me thousands. No response after contacting. Edit: 4 months later after payment to this business and this issue still has yet to be resolved. I was told amended returns are filed in June and it is now August
Been a customer here for the last few years. While they have done great at first but now at this point can't even get a appointment with them. What really gets me I am having a legal issue now and have contacted the office 3 times and had my information taken for a call back I still haven't gotten a call. Such is said getting to big and stop caring for individual customers I think this is what happened.
