As Canadian Snowbirds, we had lots to learn about the tax consequences of the sale of our second home in Arizona. Our realtor wasn't very knowledgeable about the needs of Canadian sellers. Being from Canada we were somewhat overwhelmed with the spectre of having to file a return to the US government.
