Wow!!!! Amazing customer service, not only did I get the parts I needed extremely fast but these guys were above and beyond, I notice after checkout that I’ve ordered one of the items incorrectly so I emailed them and they were able to get the correct items I needed and shipped them right away. 10+ for these guys.
Poor customer service. Ordered a part, measurements showed just smaller than what I had but no other options existed. thinking smaller still might work, ordered the part and once I saw it I saw the slightly smaller would not work. tried to call for a return-no response. Set one up online, heard back days later with just a number to add to the package (no other directions). Called many times, leaving multiple messages just to never hear back.
