I went for my first massage with Claire today and it was the best experience. The atmosphere was perfect, her expertise on pressure points and massage techniques was helpful, and she is so personable and professional. I had a great experience at CP Massage and Wellness. The staff was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The massage therapy was excellent and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. It's hard to find a good massage therapist but Claire is the absolute best!! She actually works out trigger points correctly, she doesn't talk your ear off (she actually asks you a question and listens and stops unless you start talking again or not, which is really refreshing), and she listens to what you want and actually tailors her massage to match it. Lindsay was amazing. Very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She took the time to explain things to me. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend her.

I have seen Claire for many times. She's helped me with many issues (especially shoulders) and I feel so relaxed once I leave without any pain. Claire has such a gentle soul, and she's great to be around. I highly recommend going to CP Wellness.
