It's hard to find a good massage therapist but Claire is the absolute best!! She actually works out trigger points correctly, she doesn't talk your ear off (she actually asks you a question and listens and stops unless you start talking again or not, which is really refreshing), and she listens to what you want and actually tailors her massage to match it. Lindsay was amazing. Very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She took the time to explain things to me. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend her.
I have seen Claire for many times. She's helped me with many issues (especially shoulders) and I feel so relaxed once I leave without any pain. Claire has such a gentle soul, and she's great to be around. I highly recommend going to CP Wellness.
Claire is so knowledgeable and friendly! By far the best massage I’ve ever had. Her office is beautiful, very calming atmosphere. Amazing experience, would recommend to everyone!!!
One of the best massages I've had. Visiting from out of province and needed one badly. Did not disappoint. Claire is super friendly and knows her stuff. Highly recommend whether you're passing through or live in the area.
