I have been going here for years and have always had a great experience, except for this week. Sadly, the masseuse I had was 25 mins late for a booked massage, just did random parts of my body (it was meant to be a full body massage. She then left me 3 times to speak to customers & make a phone call, and then say it was a full hour. After I protested she charged me for 45 mins, but the experience definitely wasn’t the relax I came in for. Usually the staff are great, & I’ll go back again, but just avoid this staff member.
Made a booking for 10am, arrived 5mins prior and was told next available was 1130am - despite having a booking.
Really good massage, I felt back pain before, and after the treatment I feel much better! Definitely be back!
The worst massage I have had in my entire life. First of all as soon as I walk in I wanted to leave, everything was so dirty, the walls, the bed was hard as a rock the towels did not look clean neither did the floor, everything was extremely crammed in a very squishy. Made an online booking for Floreat Forum. Arrived and they knew nothing about the online booking system and were fully booked. Total waste of my time and pointless having a booking system if it is not honoured.
