Charged my Mother in Law $130 for witnessing 3 signatures, waited till after everything was signed before giving her cost when she had no choice but pay. NC maximum is $10 per signature, getting his notary information and reporting to licensing Bureau to hopefully keep this crook from doing this to anyone else. This office space is beautiful and spacious and Juan does a wonderful job with taxes! I love that this office offers many services such as notarizing and book-keeping as well. There is also a parking lot which makes it easy to get in and out. Highly recommend!
