It's difficult to describe how thrilled we are with Cozzia. It's a long story, so here goes. * We bought an EC-670 last September at the New York State fair, and loved it—and still do! We bought a $4000 chair, and it broke in the first week also. There is no way to get a hold of customer service. TRY ANOTHER BRAND! Cozzia, needs a lot of work!
This is unprofessional, these people want even acknowledge there own product are respond . My personal advise and experience is please do not i repeat do not purchase a chair are any product from this company. A total rip off . Read the reviews everyone that has purchased the chair has broken in 5 weeks .except the guy they paid to leave a good review .
