I have had a great experience at cozy furniture. From the moment I entered I experienced top notch customer service. Dean and Cody have made the process stress-free, from purchase to delivery. Supporting a family owned business really adds a personal touch to the experience. This is more than a furniture store, Dean will listen and see your ideas and find what you need in his database. I plan on furnishing my entire home through this store.
They have a very good collection of furniture. The owner- Dean, personally helped us to select the best items from their inventory of 1000s of items. They delivered everything on time and assembled neatly. Dean was also kind enough to deliver a TV unit for free that wouldn't fit in my car that I had ordered from elsewhere. All the staff is very helpful and I highly recommend purchasing from Cozyhome. I will be buying all my future furniture from here.
I saw this store while shopping elsewhere in the area and decided to walk in. So glad I did!!! I was looking for a nice dining table and although they didn’t have in store exactly the style I wanted, they mentioned the website, where I then found my ideal one. Price was unmatched and the service was great!! Wishing this new business much success!
I stumbled in Cozy Home just to check out what was new in the space and could not have made a better decision. I had been looking for a long time for new furniture and these guys finally helped me figure out what worked best. Cody and Dean were so patient while I went back and forth over options, the delivery and set up were seamless and prices were better than you can find anywhere else. Cozy Home is the absolute best!
Bought a sleeper sofa here a little over two months ago. I love love love my purchase it is so nice and comfortable and really was a good addition. I want to commend Dean for his impeccable customer service. He went above and beyond for me and my partner. This is a great place to get quality furniture.
