We were not planning on purchasing anything when we stopped by Cozy Home to check them out but we’re so impressed by the quality and flexibility of choices we went ahead with a custom order. I had the privilege of being the first customer to make a purchase at Cozy Home. I was in need of a new desk chair, and was impressed bybthe options Cozy home offered. My chair had to be ordered and arrived their on site in a timely manner. They were quick to notify me of its arrival too. It was easy to assemble and despite months of consistent use and wear from myself and my cats, it is just as nice and comfortable as the day I purchased it.
I have had a great experience at cozy furniture. From the moment I entered I experienced top notch customer service. Dean and Cody have made the process stress-free, from purchase to delivery. Supporting a family owned business really adds a personal touch to the experience. This is more than a furniture store, Dean will listen and see your ideas and find what you need in his database. I plan on furnishing my entire home through this store.
I saw this store while shopping elsewhere in the area and decided to walk in. So glad I did!!! I was looking for a nice dining table and although they didn’t have in store exactly the style I wanted, they mentioned the website, where I then found my ideal one. Price was unmatched and the service was great!! Wishing this new business much success!
They have a very good collection of furniture. The owner- Dean, personally helped us to select the best items from their inventory of 1000s of items. They delivered everything on time and assembled neatly. Dean was also kind enough to deliver a TV unit for free that wouldn't fit in my car that I had ordered from elsewhere. All the staff is very helpful and I highly recommend purchasing from Cozyhome. I will be buying all my future furniture from here.
