We had been let down by another company and had no sofa, the man I spoke to was very helpful and managed to get it delivered to us that day for reasonable price couldn’t be more happier with the professional service thank you 5 stars from me!!
Edited - it was worth the wait and I would definitely buy from them again. 5 years on and my sofa is still the most comfortable I've ever sat on, no sagging or slumping so far, I dread the day it has to go Lovely sofa but non existent communication. I was told my sofa would be ready in 10 weeks, which I was moving in to my house in 12 weeks, they said they would hold it that would be fine. I ended up sitting on the floor with no sofa, they never updated me, ignored me, and I had to keep chasing to finally get a delivery date... read more
