It’s not nearly as good as it used to be. I’m revising my rating from five stars to one star because I messaged on my phone asking how long staff would be available, and I never got a reply after waiting for hours.
Average experience, booked a body scrub and massage and was asked by the massage guy can we just do massage as was tired. Massage was average at best, under my table was a previous guest vomit I had to ask to clean up. Second time there, won’t be returning.
The therapist was asking if i wanted to pay cash or card as he was massaging me. Thought it was a weird time to be asking mode of payment.
