One of the best hours I have had in a VERY long time. I injured my shoulder and back (pulled a muscle) and Sarah was so kind as to get me in today. The massage was absolutely wonderful. When I came in, I couldn't even turn my head more than a few degrees and all movement was too much without some serious pain meds. When I was done, I felt 100x better. The muscle is still sore but I can move my head now without pain and that was SO much more than I was even hoping for. Thank you so much I will be back, for sure.
