They don’t stand behind there product they promise and don’t deliver. The out door set I bought last spring 2023. Ashley . After three months the material on the cushion started stretching out and the pillows were pillaring. They made me take photos I did they finally said they would replace them. After going back and forth with them. We called them and they want photos again: I’m going to consumer affairs . Very disappointed I wanted to warn people after paying good money they don’t care I hope this helps someone.
RecommendedThe staff was helpful and very easy to work with. The ordering was way longer then we hoped for but with the pandemic that could be expected. The owner was plesent and professional when addressing our concerns about the length of time it was taken for our furniture to be delivered. Many thanks to the staff of the Coram Cozy Living.
5 stars We visited both of the locations and found the selection to be one of the best we have seen. The prices were lower than most of the others. The staff was the most helpful and friendly that we dealt with, and we have probably been to 20 different stores.
I ride past the store on Middle Country Rd every day decided to stop in. I was searching for a dining room hutch. Was greeted by the owner he was extremely friendly. I looked around at other stores and went back and purchased the hit from Cozy Living furniture. I was told the piece would be delivered within 3 weeks. Great prices and all around great experience! For the past year and a half we’ve had nothing but problems with Bobs discount furniture. We decided to check out Cozy Living when we were driving past. So happy we stopped in. The salesman was so nice and not in your face. We went in looking for a sectional and walked out with a dining set too! The delivery men were fantastic. Arrived on time and set everything up quickly. They were very friendly. Great company!!! Highly recommend!

Shopping here was a no pressure environment - the guys were professional and helped us out a lot! I would definitely come back for more furniture! The delivery guys were fantastic too!
