I am a repeat customer, but no longer. This has been the most time consuming, frustrating and disappointing transaction that I have ever encountered. When you order a product from this company, you need to understand that there will be a substantial waiting period of many months before you receive the product even if the product is in their posession. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Cozy Living. I visited the Nunawading store in April and placed an order on the same day, with the understanding that the sofa would be delivered by the first week of July. However, on June 20th I was informed via email that certain materials were unavailable and that delivery would be delayed until the end of August.
