Faulty Products. No customer service. I had my lounge delivered a year ago. The frame was bent from day one. After multiple follow ups, they arranged a technician to visit. And after the visit, they said they were not satisfied with his report so will send a second one. Even the second one found the product has faults and this was confirmed to me in an email in Sep 2025. They said it will be fixed. As of May 2026, nothing has been fixed and the frame has bent even more. Highly recommend not purchasing from them.
