Excellent Phoned Cozy Heat on Friday and made an appointment for Monday morning. Kyle arrived within the agreed timescale and quickly got on with the job. We have no hesitation in recommending Cozy Heat. In fact we are looking to replace more radiators where we will be using Cozy Heat and hopefully have Kyle as the engineer. Very pleasant guy.
Recently had work carried out by this company. Was promised it would be finished in around 10 days this was not the case. Well over 3 weeks and still not anywhere near completed…. Customer service was a joke and pinned all problems onto the customer. If you want a smooth transaction and a bathroom with no hassle and fitters that keep you up to date and show up when promised I would avoid. A forward thinking plumbing and heating company - great website, so easy to book - everything so transparent and payment so easy! I'm so pleased I got in touch. The plumber (Kyle) initially came to look at a few of our issues and then came back later in the evening with the parts and worked until 9pm to get everything completed.
