Had a really great experience shopping for a new couch at Line & Grain recently!! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Staff were super informative and patient, answering all my questions without any pressure to rush a decision. The storefront itself was gorgeous too, well laid out and easy to browse. Overall a really pleasant shopping experience and I'd happily go back for more pieces in the future.
Ordered 8 dining chairs. Specifically asked if they came fully assembled and was told "yes." The chairs were dropped off on my doorstep in their boxes and were not "fully assembled." While they only need three screws, the screws do not catch easily and putting the chairs together is deceptively difficult. In addition, one chair has misaligned screw holes and may be a lost cause. We've managed to build 6 of the 8 in a couple hours. But they are nice and delivery was quick, 3 days after we ordered them.
We had a wonderful experience at Line & Grain! We absolutely love our new Nolan chairs and Cleo ottoman—the solid ash wood, beautiful linen, and rich upholstery fabrics are stunning and top-tier quality. A huge thank you to Daisy for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and made us feel so taken care of throughout the entire process. If you want beautiful, stylish furniture and a warm shopping experience, this is the place to go!
