Amazing experience! Fiona was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Since they don’t have a store in Calgary, I was a bit unsure at first—but Fiona went above and beyond by sharing real pictures and videos of multiple rugs to help me make the right decision. She really took the time to understand my needs and the space where the rug would go, which made a huge difference. I truly appreciated her patience and effort.
