We've been shopping for mattresses for a while and popped into a Cozy Cabin Rustics... Walked out pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Randall was so relaxed and helpful with a no push sales approach and was truly on top of it. He walked us through the purchase of 3 mattresses for our kids, explaining to us all the info on each style and brand. He then worked with us with price, payments, and delivery options. Truly a painless and smooth process. Grateful for his help and pleasant demeanor.
Delivery by Zach and Jordan who were polite, professional and timely. The quality of the furniture is amazing!
We purchased a kitchen table that has stones and a kind of river running through it. It's an amazing conversation piece! We put a piece of wet mail on top and the ink ran onto the table top's apoxy and stained it. We called Randall at Cozy Cabins and he recommended a cleaning process that worked perfectly. Thank you!!
