Service pitoyable, fausse information et surtout personnel incompétent!
C’est une urgence qui ne reste qu’un certain temps. La vendeuse a été extraordinaire. Malgré l’heure de fermeture elle a pris le temps de m’expliquer tout le concept des meubles.
Few weeks ago we went to the store with the purpose of buying a sofa, salesman told us that it was impossible for a cat to scratch or damaged the material of the sofas and if that situation happened we have 5yrs warranty and cozey will replace the covers, After we receive the sofa, our cat scratch it!!! We did a claim to get a new cover as the support team of cozey said it was not true that information! It would be good if the company revised with their sales employees about how to sell a product and not to lie to the people... read more
