Very friendly easy to find
Very excited to know that attorney Matthew Coyte is an advocate for the rights of mentally ill patients who are placed in solitary confinement in local jails, state jails, and the penal system. These inmates are treated very inhumane, and many tortured. The law regarding this issue states a mentally ill person cannot be confined in a cell 24/7 and not ever see the light of day, or be denied phone calls or visits. The terror and torture behind the walls and in the minds of the mentally ill behind then is absolutely horrific!!
