I used her for three years. Had nothing but issues to resolve the whole time. Which would be fine, but she refuses to actually talk on the phone. Everything is texts and emails. Every time I had an issue, coincidentally she would have a major health issue or family crisis. Said she would do things like file sales tax reports and file for LLC reinstatement, but never did it by the date required or completely. She made a $4000 error on my tax return.
