I didn’t even want to give this pretend tax service 1 star. If there was a scale of 0-5, I’d still ask for a scale giving -1 to -5. HORRIBLE! Horrible response time, horrible business practice, and let me add that because of her I am to pay the government loads of money back after a tax audit. Did I say HORRIBLE?! Took her and her staff, sorry, her husband, more than 6 months to even do the taxes and of course they don’t send your paperwork back. Not to mention the lies they tell about having already started your paperwork. ... read more
