My dad is an Air Force retired veteran and Cox tax service has been doing his taxes and many of his fellow veterans for years. Although the facility doesn’t offer leather couches and refreshments in the waiting area and you may encounter a delay the day of your appointment. It’s not poor scheduling, but if they have to take extra time to ensure you are getting A+ service, The tax preparers will not let you leave until you’re fully satisfied. Highly recommended!!! He sent me to them as well and I’ve been completely satisfied!
