Came in with a curveball, needed a coaxial amplifier power brick and they had what I needed, saved me from waiting 2 weeks for Comcast to come out to my house to fix an issue. I can't remember the names of the folks in the store that helped me but the gentleman and lady that did, kudos to them!

UPDATE we had some rain Internet, phone, tv has been out all day, it went out yesterday also, in fact its always going out Update: Bill continues to go up, wont give you a contract to lock in price, they want you to sign up for cell phone, service is always going out they say its a neighbor problem, no customer loyalty, Internet has gone out twice today, tired of waiting on customer service to pick up, finally hung up, Cox trucks are constantly in the neighborhood, what's the deal

I signed up with this coxs. Internet thinking it was gonna be good. Not even a month after I signed up, it kept going out every other week. And I had to keep calling a repairman out to fix it..... every other week for at least 5 months. So it was not worth the money they asked for each month ($61.00) so I went with Spectrum, and i'm happiest can be FOR the last four months! Then after I proceed to get rid of them they did not want to give me my refund /deposit back.They argued with me left, and right......And I never, " ever... read more

Every day, my internet cuts out for hours and multiple times a day, I don't hardly get to use the service that is PAID for. If you want speed, usage, and quality, pick any other company.
