Rude long wait to return equipment.
Initial setup had setbacks, service wasn’t super reliable, then transferring to another apartment in the same building really proved difficult and even more time consuming trying to cancel services. This review isn’t necessarily this particular store, rather Cox in general. My apartment building has Cox wired throughout which means I shouldn’t have ever needed a technician yet I was offered one for initial setup regardless and there’s charges for using a tech. Staff was a great help
If you have a portal where you want people to sign into to have them get in line. INDICATE that. Have a sign where it tells people to sign in. With no sign, people just walk up to the counters and slows down the staff even more when people just feel like they can walk up to the counter and be helped. People aren't just sitting around like the DMV just because. Simple signage is not that hard.
