I only had to return a modem and it took forever. Only one staff person on duty. This location is not a corporate store, so limited in what they're authorized to do. If I had known, I would've driven the extra distance to the corporate store on Veterans Hwy.
Excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Rafia and she was able to take care of all my concerns. If you have an issue with your service, I recommend going into this store for help.
I walk in and ms.Kendra help me lower and bill and get everything straightened out the store was very friendly and welcoming down to earth store 🫶🏽
I was experiencing some problems with my service. Delandra was very attentive and friendly. She listened to my needs and put me at ease. I will be back to visit her was I need to transfer my service.
Walked in, needed 2 remotes was given 2 remotes. No wait, no screaming, no issue. Was the most painless expierence ive ever had with Cox. Hope they work when I get home.
