Do not get services here Just wanted to start out by saying this company is filled with lies. I called a month ago to have services completed for internet. Was informed that , after coming out, that they couldn’t complete the services for another 3 months because they have to wait for the city. I was then told by the tech that he would just cancel it , if it were him. So I called Verizon, got home Internet the same day. I then called cox to get a refund. I asked twice to purchase a new phone and she never showed me. I can purchase one somewhere else. Also she couldn't help me delete an app, she had to ask someone else.
Awful service and even worse customer service. If you have another option, go with that.
Steve is awesome! He is definitely a trouble shooter, gets things done quick and assures you of an excellent experience. When you go to this location…ask for Steve!
